15. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on group size and booking type, as vehicles and schedules are reserved in advance for each trip.

Small Groups (Below 15 pax)

• 50% of tour charges can be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days before travel date, applicable only for valid reasons such as medical issues or other acceptable circumstances (transport arrangement portion only).

• The remaining balance can be carried forward and used for your next trip.

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of travel.

• No refund for any hotel or homestay bookings once confirmed.

Large Groups (15+ pax)

• For large group bookings, no refund is available once booking is confirmed, as vehicles and logistics are specially arranged in advance.
